Returns
Customers MUST contact our customer service via our website at www.KateJohnston.com and or via email at support@KateJohnston.com within 30 days from the date of delivery. If it’s at no fault of your own, we will reimburse you for your return shipping expenses via a company check. However if it is the customer’s fault, all shipping expenses for returning the merchandise will be at your own expense.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned merchandise and will be issued in the same form of payment.
Exchanges: Unfortunately we are not able to facilitate exchanges at this time.
UNACCEPTABLE REASON for a refund is if a product has signs of wear. We ask that you return the product(s) to us as soon as possible, you may not wear or use them for a period of time and then decide to return them. Additionally, all packaging must be returned in resale condition.
